Supply of mobile devices for Finsterwalde Nord Primary School

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 75 mobile devices and related accessories for Finsterwalde Nord Primary School, divided into three lots: Lot 1 – 25 iPads with keyboard cases, styluses and headsets; Lot 2 – 25 Android tablets with keyboard cases, styluses and headsets; Lot 3 – 25 Windows notebooks with headsets, mice and a charging cart for 25 notebooks. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The lowest-priced bid wins each lot, and price is the sole award criterion. Devices must comply with CE requirements, be new and intended for the German-speaking market; refurbished devices are not permitted. Delivery is due by calendar week 51 of 2026 at the latest. Offers must be in German and submitted by 16 October 2026 at 09:30. Bidders must provide the offer, price schedule for each lot bid for, technical data sheets for the products, and a declaration concerning suitability and exclusion grounds. Detailed technical requirements depend on the lot: iPads must have at least iPadOS 26 and update support through 2031; Android devices must have at least Android 15, updates through at least 2031 and a manufacturer’s warranty of at least three years; Windows notebooks must run Windows 11 Pro or Education and have a warranty of at least three years. For faults arising during the warranty period, the bidder must begin remedial work within two working days.
