Summary

The tender is for a compact laboratory pulverizer to turn polymer granules into powder suitable for Robo- and rotomoulding. The mill must process granules up to 3 mm and produce powder with a target particle size of approximately 150–600 µm, with the main fraction at 300–400 µm; capacity must be at least 1 kg/h, and the equipment must process PE-HD. If cryogenic equipment is needed to process any offered plastic, it must be included in the offer. The main unit may measure up to 1500 × 1500 × 2500 mm, with a footprint of no more than 1.5 m². Cryogenic equipment may measure up to 2000 × 1500 × 2500 mm, with a footprint of no more than 1.55 m². Combined, the equipment must not exceed 2500 × 1500 × 2500 mm or a total footprint of 2.55 m². The unit must be movable, for example on lockable castors, and the available supply is limited to one 400 V, 16 A three-phase connection. The complete system, including all offered components, must be delivered by 15 May 2027 at the latest. Offers are assessed on compliance with the requirements and the weighted award criteria: price 30%, processing PA11, PA12 and/or PA66 25%, smaller footprint 20%, processing other listed plastics 10%, shorter delivery time 10%, and processing granules larger than 3 mm 5%. Failure to meet an A-category requirement leads to rejection. The offer must be in German and submitted electronically through the Brandenburg procurement portal’s bidder tool by 22 October 2026 at 12:00. Alternative offers are not accepted. The bidder must submit a compliant technical and price offer, an exclusion-grounds declaration, proof of professional or commercial registration or other legal authority to practise, and the signed agreement to comply with Brandenburg’s minimum requirements.
