Construction of the District Administration Carport, Lot 4

Summary

The tender covers construction of a new carport at the district administration building in Ludwigslust. The works include workshop drawings and installation of the steel structure, trapezoidal steel roof sheets and roofing, metal cladding for the external and dividing walls, two up-and-over garage doors, and rainwater drainage. The steel design must comply, among other requirements, with DIN EN 1090-2 (execution class EXC 2 or EXC 3) and DIN EN ISO 1990. Employees must receive the minimum working conditions required under Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania law; where the relevant collective-agreement terms do not apply, the statutory procurement minimum wage is EUR 14.68 gross per hour.
