Upgrade of the TRCL measurement setup at LENA

Summary

The procurement concerns an upgrade of the TRCL measurement setup at LENA. The supplier must deliver and install a UV-optimised back-illuminated CCD camera with an input shutter compatible with the Kymera-193i spectrograph, a two-position grating turret, and photon-counting support in Delmic’s Odemis software. The camera must meet the stated technical specifications, including quantum efficiency above 50% at wavelengths of 230–800 nm, 1024 × 255 pixels, 16-bit digitisation, a maximum pixel readout rate of 3 MHz, more than 270 spectra per second, and dark current below 0.02 e/pixel/s at −60 °C. The system must be compatible with the Kymera-193i and Delmic SPARC Spectral CL and support the specified spectral and time-resolved data capture. The supplier must integrate the hardware and software into the LENA measurement setup, install and commission it, and train the users. The bid must identify the equipment manufacturers and models and include sufficiently detailed product descriptions or data sheets to demonstrate compliance with all technical requirements. Delivery and services are required as soon as possible and no later than 30 June 2027; the bid deadline is 20 October 2026 at 10:00. The warranty period is 24 months from acceptance. Evaluation weights are price 30%, technical merit 50% and delivery time 20%.
