Tender detail
Fire alarm system at Jever District Court
Summary
The contract covers the full-coverage installation of a fire alarm system at the Jever District Court as part of the first phase of the fire protection concept, including connection to the fire brigade control centre. The work includes installing the control panel and fire brigade interfaces, automatic and manual detectors, audible alarms, cables, installation trunking and fire-stopping for penetrations, as well as configuring and commissioning the system and instructing the user. The building will remain in use during the works, so cleanliness and dust control are required, and drilling must be carried out with dust extraction. Bidders must also price inspection, maintenance and repair of the system. Price is the sole award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are allowed. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 09:00. Work must start no later than 10 working days after receipt of the award letter and be ready for acceptance by 26 February 2027. Bidders must submit a priced bill of quantities, the required declarations and suitability information, and comply with the technical standards, access-control arrangements and documentation requirements in the tender documents.
