Procurement, fit-out and transport of two mobile forest-fire education containers

Summary

The procurement covers two mobile containers for teaching children about forest-fire prevention and how to respond in an emergency. It is divided into three lots: supply of new 20-foot containers with connection and installation accessories; conversion and fit-out of the containers as exhibition spaces, including electrical, lighting and presentation equipment; and storage, transport to and from event venues, setup, commissioning and on-site instruction. The exhibition must follow the drawings and rendering in the tender documents. The containers are due by 17 December 2026, exhibition fit-out runs from 17 December 2026 to 22 February 2027, and storage and support services run from 22 February to 21 December 2027. Bids may cover one or more lots, including all three. Price is the sole award criterion, and variants are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 27 October 2026.
