Construction of a new traffic control center and refurbishment of FIT – drywall works

Summary

The procurement covers drywall and other dry-construction works for a new traffic control center and the refurbishment of the FIT building. The worksite in Asperg will remain operational for other users, so the contractor must observe site safety, access, cleaning, waste-sorting and sustainability-certification requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 10:30. Price is the sole award criterion. A 15% evaluation bonus applies to workshops for people with disabilities, and such a workshop receives the award in the event of an equally economical bid. The contract is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted, but multiple main bids are allowed if each is independently eligible for award.
