Repair of noise barrier concrete plinths on the A46 at Letmathe

Summary

The procurement covers the repair and replacement of three damaged concrete plinths supporting the 154 m noise barrier at the Letmathe exit of the A46 motorway. The work includes dismantling the existing aluminium noise-barrier panels and reinstalling reusable panels, replacing damaged panels, excavating to expose the plinths, removing roots, designing and manufacturing replacement plinths, and carrying out minor concrete repairs. The new plinths must fit the existing structure and use C30/37 concrete with exposure classes XC4 and XF2. The contract also includes traffic safety, proper waste management and documentation of the work area. Traffic must remain open during the works; the estimated total duration, including traffic management, is 21 calendar days. Bids must be submitted in German using the required forms, with a priced bill of quantities and an X84 or D84 file. Tenderers must demonstrate suitability through prequalification or a suitability self-declaration and provide evidence of qualifications when requested. Alternative bids are not permitted.
