Supply of X-ray lenses
Summary
The procurement is for 12 cylindrical diamond X-ray lenses for the Leibniz Institute for Crystal Growth. Each lens must meet these mandatory specifications: a 100 µm radius of curvature, aperture greater than 400 µm, length of 1 mm, surface roughness below 250 nm and minimum thickness below 30 µm. Delivery is DAP to the Institute at Max-Born-Straße 2, 12489 Berlin; bidders must state a binding delivery time in their offer. Payment is due within 30 days after completion of delivery and receipt of an auditable invoice; no advance payments will be made. The bidder must confirm compliance with all minimum requirements and submit the price schedule, offer letter, exclusion declaration, women’s advancement declaration and a technical datasheet identifying the offered product configuration and demonstrating compliance. The bidder’s own delivery and payment terms will not be accepted. Offers must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The lowest-priced compliant offer wins; a draw decides in the event of a tie. The bidder must also confirm that it holds any legal qualifications and authorisations required to perform the contract. During performance, the contractor must comply with equal-treatment rules and implement women’s advancement or work–family compatibility measures appropriate to its workforce size.
