Framework Agreement for Traffic Safety During Structure Inspections

Summary

The procurement is for a 24-month framework agreement to provide traffic safety measures during inspections of bridges and other structures, surveying work and other road-maintenance-related activities. Work will take place mainly on motorways, but may also be needed on lower-category roads. The contractor will prepare traffic-management and diversion plans, obtain the necessary approvals and orders, and install, maintain, reposition when necessary, and remove traffic-control equipment. Traffic safety must be checked at least twice daily, once in daylight and once in darkness. The contractor must be able to set up three daytime work sites simultaneously, during both day and night. The estimated contract volume is EUR 924,275 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of EUR 1,100,000 excluding VAT; no minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 27 October 2026 at 11:00. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted.
