Graphic Design Services for the Global Programme Responsible Land Governance

Summary

The tender covers graphic design services for GIZ’s Global Programme Responsible Land Governance from 23 November 2026 to 31 March 2030. The contractor will provide ongoing support in planning and designing communications materials, including reports, studies, fact sheets, posters and presentation templates, infographics, illustrations, key visuals, and materials for public events such as roll-up banners and display walls. Where required, the contractor must produce print and digital versions, language versions, and editable design files; GIZ will provide translations and corporate design guidelines. The planned volume is up to 120 expert days, usually about three days per month. The maximum total contract budget is EUR 89,000. Bidders must submit a technical offer with a delivery concept, project management description and three relevant portfolio samples, as well as a separate price offer. Offers must be in German; technical quality accounts for 70% and price for 30%. Only offers scoring at least 500 points in the technical evaluation proceed to price evaluation. The bidder must demonstrate average annual net turnover of at least EUR 30,000 in each of the last three financial years and provide at least three references from the last three years in diversity-sensitive design, each worth at least EUR 2,000. The key expert must have the required education or equivalent qualification, German at C1 and English at B2, at least seven years of general professional experience and at least three years of relevant graphic design experience. Experience creating original illustrations and infographics and producing diversity-sensitive design is also required. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 12:00 noon Berlin time.
