Planting and maintenance of various trees

Summary

The contract covers planting 182 trees in Luckau and its surrounding localities, followed by establishment and maintenance work through the fourth year. The work includes site setup and traffic safety, preparing planting locations, installing root barriers where required, supplying and planting the trees, staking and protecting them, watering, fertilising, removing unwanted growth, checking tree health and pruning. The trees include lime, red oak, wild cherry and apple varieties. The bid must include a priced bill of quantities and the required declarations, and must comply with Brandenburg’s minimum-pay conditions; the documents state a federal minimum wage of EUR 13.90 gross per hour from 1 January 2026. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is the sole award criterion. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted, and the contract is not divided into lots.
