Green space maintenance in the City of Bernburg 2027

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of green areas 1–9 in the city of Bernburg (Saale) from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The work includes cleaning planting beds and removing unwanted growth, trimming hedges and roses, clearing leaves, mowing lawns and meadows, and mowing the slopes of a rainwater retention basin. Among the specified quantities, 34,636.5 m² of lawn must be mown four times; other areas must be cleaned or mown in the quantities and number of work cycles stated in the notice. Offers must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 14:00; paper offers are not permitted. The contract is not divided into lots, and variants are not allowed. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must provide the suitability documents required by form FB 124 in the tender documents; the bidder selected for award may also be asked for references including client confirmation that the work was performed as contracted.
