Structural shell works for renovation of the KNUE service building at Julius-Kühn-Str. 7

Summary

The tender concerns structural shell and construction works for the renovation of the KNUE service building at Julius-Kühn-Str. 7 in Halle. The work includes, among other things, establishing and supplying the construction site with power, scaffolding, lift-shaft preparation and construction, structural underpinning, demolition of vaulted ceilings and floor slabs, work involving tar residue contamination, reinforced-concrete and masonry work, and documentation. Bidders must demonstrate experience with at least two comparable projects completed within the last five calendar years, registration in the commercial register or an equivalent register, and average annual turnover of at least EUR 180,000 over the last three completed financial years.
