Facade painting works for Building B at Dresden Municipal Hospital

Summary

The contract covers cleaning, repairing and painting the facade of Building B at Dresden Municipal Hospital. The work includes cleaning and brushing 1,221 m² of substrate, cleaning 1,067 m² of algae- and fungus-affected surfaces, carrying out small render repairs, and applying silicate paint to facade areas: 627 m² in light grey and 852 m² in yellow. The works also include protective sheeting, cleaning and painting 85 m² of balcony soffits, inspecting and renewing elastic joints at facade connections, and forming exterior acrylic joints. The planned performance period is 8 March to 21 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German. The contract is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted, but multiple main bids are allowed. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit a suitability self-declaration or demonstrate prequalification; at least three comparable references from the last five calendar years are required, together with information on turnover, workforce, registrations, and payment of taxes and social security contributions.
