Heating and Sanitary Systems

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of heating and sanitary systems for the new Christian primary school and all-day care facility in Oßling, together with a maintenance contract for the heating and sanitary systems. Design services are not required, and the contract is not divided into lots. The works are scheduled to run from 1 February to 30 November 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 9:00 a.m. on 23 October 2026. Variant bids and multiple main bids are permitted. The tender documents set out the award criteria, guarantees, payment terms, legal form for groups of bidders, and evidence of bidder suitability.
