Drinking water pipeline construction between Ellersleben and Olbersleben, Project Section 3, Lot 1

Summary

The tender covers construction of a drinking water pipeline between Ellersleben and Olbersleben, as the first lot of project section 3. The works include laying approximately 570 m of PE 250 × 22.7 drinking water pipe using horizontal directional drilling, excavating about 900 m³ of soil for launch and reception pits, making two connections to existing buried pipelines, and modifying local water mains. The local-main works include inserting approximately 170 m of PE 63 × 5.8 pipe into an existing DN 150 PVC pipeline, installing two underground hydrants, one above-ground hydrant, two buried gate valves and one multi-function pressure valve, and reinstating surfaces. No design services are required, and the procurement is not divided into lots. The works are scheduled for 23 November 2026 to 28 May 2027. The bidder must provide prequalification or a declaration using Form 124, together with any supporting evidence requested later, and the required DVGW certificates. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Variant bids are permitted, but multiple main bids are not.
