Natural stone works for the east terrace and stairways at Neuer Annenfriedhof Camposanto

Summary

The tender concerns repair and restoration of the retaining walls and open-air stairs at the east terrace and stairways of the Camposanto at Neuer Annenfriedhof, including natural stone work. The scope includes removing, cleaning and reinstalling stone elements, including 41 m of bearing surface, 80 m of profiled cornices, 30 m of sandstone facing masonry and a total of 161 m of stair treads and string-course stones. It also includes supplying 2.5 m³ of sawn sandstone blocks, installing 25 sandstone indents, carrying out 4 m of profiling work, finishing 6 m² of stone surface and repairing 60 stones with restoration mortar. No design services are required, and the contract is not divided into lots. Work is scheduled to start on 3 December 2026 and finish by 30 June 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 9:00 a.m. on 3 November 2026. Variant bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The security for defect claims is 3% of the provisional settlement amount. The bid will be assessed for economic advantage under the procedure set out in the tender documents.
