Lot 020 – Roofing works

Summary

The tender concerns roofing and sheet-metal work for a new multifunctional building at the sports ground in Schildau, in the municipality of Belgern-Schildau. The works include installing a 375 m² green roof on the social facilities, covering the sports hall’s pitched roof with 490 m² of sandwich panels, and installing 110 m of gutters, 30 m of downpipes and 38 window-sill covers. No design services are required. The works are to be carried out from 8 February to 28 March 2027. Bids must be submitted in German, either electronically through the procurement platform or in writing. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are permitted; the award criteria are set out in the tender documents. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 11:00.
