Construction of a truck workshop and wash bay, and expansion and redesign of the operating site

Summary

The tender covers construction of a truck workshop with staff facilities and a wash bay in Sangerhausen, together with expansion and redesign of the existing operating site. The work is divided into lots: Lot 1, foundations, structural works and hall construction; Lot 2, heating, ventilation and sanitary installations; and Lot 4, electrical installations. The workshop hall will cover approximately 191 m² and the wash bay approximately 91 m². Based on the contracting authority’s approved design, the contractor must prepare the required detailed execution design.
