Landscaping works for the school outdoor areas

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and construction of the outdoor areas at Matibi Primary School in Berlin-Lichtenberg, as part of the school’s expansion with a timber modular extension building. The works include, among other things, clearing, demolition and earthworks; construction of soil and pavement layers, paths, paved areas, parking and fire-service access areas, drainage and fencing; landscaping, lawn seeding, planting and maintenance. Nine standard trees are to be supplied and planted. The works will be carried out in two separate stages: initial site preparation, followed after construction of the building by completion of the final ground surfaces. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 28 October 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid until 27 November 2026. The contract is not divided into lots.
