Preparation of a rural roads network plan for Lünen

Summary

The tender is for preparing a plan for Lünen’s approximately 235 km network of rural and agricultural roads, including relevant private roads. The work includes compiling existing information and creating a digital GIS dataset, surveying road conditions through field inspection and travel, classifying the existing network, and developing a proposed core network and measures plan. The plan must recommend maintenance, repair, reconstruction, closure or new-route measures; prioritize them for the short, medium and long term; and address ownership and cadastral information and any need for land readjustment.
