The contract covers the complete electrical works for the new two-storey open all-day school and canteen at Uffeln Primary School, Buhnstraße 60, Vlotho. The scope includes electrical distribution boards and wiring, lighting and battery-backed emergency lighting, KNX building automation, low-voltage and data networks, an electric-vehicle charging station, and an approximately 35 kWp photovoltaic system, including supply, installation, connection, testing, commissioning and documentation. Work is to start on 22 February 2027 and be ready for acceptance by 17 December 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 21 October 2026; price is the sole award criterion (100%). The tender must include the offer letter and a certificate exempting the contractor from construction withholding tax. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience and workforce availability and allow for pricing four years of emergency-lighting maintenance.
