Roofing and flat-roof works for the Kirschgarten terraced houses

Summary

The tender covers roofing and sheet-metal work for the construction of six terraced houses in the Kirschgarten development in Münster-Handorf. The works include waterproofing the ground-floor base and floor slabs, insulating the flat roofs and installing a two-layer bitumen roof covering, extensive green roofing, roof drainage and penetrations, and flat-roof guardrails. The scope also includes site setup, work documentation and possible maintenance of the roofs and guardrails during the first to fourth years of operation; the client reserves the right to decide whether to order the maintenance.
