Painting works for Kirschgarten Phase 1 buildings

Summary

The tender covers interior painting and wallpapering for three buildings in the first construction phase of Kirschgarten in Münster-Handorf: the three-storey, partly basemented House 10A and two two-storey semi-detached houses, Houses 6A and 6B, each containing three rental apartments. The work includes, among other things, preparing, priming and painting ceilings and walls; finishing joints and window reveals; painting steel doors, frames and stair railings; and coating the basement floors in House 10A. The work will be commissioned and invoiced separately for the two building groups, so the tender price must account for the allocation of work and general costs. Tenders must be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 10:15. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative tenders are not permitted. The anticipated start is calendar week 2 of 2027 for House 10A and calendar week 6 of 2027 for Houses 6A and 6B. The contractor must submit a preliminary site-layout plan with its tender, organise the works, materials and protective measures, and comply with the painting and wallpapering standards and the technical requirements for materials and work set out in the tender documents. The tender must include a suitability self-declaration and a valid construction-services tax exemption certificate; qualification evidence and three references for comparable work from the last three financial years must be provided on request if the bidder is shortlisted.
