Infrastructure and road construction for the area south of August-Kümpers-Straße

Summary

The Municipality of Wettringen is procuring infrastructure development works for the area south of August-Kümpers-Straße and the widening of the K65 road. The works include, among other things, stormwater and wastewater sewers and approximately 39 wastewater and 39 stormwater property connections, a wastewater pumping station and pressure pipeline, road and shared footway/cycleway sub-base, asphalt and paved surfaces, street lighting and traffic management. The contract also covers site preparation, earthworks, dewatering, traffic diversions and widening the K65. The pumping station must be commissioned and connected to the municipality’s remote monitoring system. The bidder must submit the required forms with its offer, including the offer form, price-calculation forms, suitability self-declaration and bill of quantities. To demonstrate suitability, the bidder must declare turnover from comparable work in the last three financial years and comparable experience in the last five calendar years; three reference certificates will be requested from shortlisted bidders. The offer must be submitted in German electronically through the procurement platform by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the sole award criterion.
