Tree maintenance and felling in the Waldstadt area, 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement covers tree maintenance, felling and root removal, as well as the handling of pruning and felling waste along county roads in the Waldstadt area. It is a call-off framework agreement of up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 January 2027; work will be ordered individually, and no minimum overall volume is guaranteed. The work includes crown care and reduction, removal of dead branches, tree felling, stump grinding, clearance of storm-damaged trees and, where required, separate disposal of contaminated or health-risk pruning waste. The contractor must arrange worksite traffic safety, provide suitable lifting, chipping and felling equipment, and ensure the proper recovery or disposal of materials. Urgent traffic-safety work may have to start within 4–12 hours on the day of the order or within 24 hours on the following day. Bids are evaluated on price; the contract is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted. The bid deadline is 15 October 2026 at 09:15.
