Installation of timber-and-glass partitions and doors

Summary

The procurement covers the manufacture and installation of timber-and-glass partitions and integrated timber-framed doors for the east wing of the first-floor library in House 7 at Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem. The work comprises three partitions measuring 2,205 × 2,350 mm, one measuring 2,505 × 2,350 mm and one measuring 3,430 × 2,500 mm, three integrated doors, two stainless-steel lever-handle sets and three door-opening limiters. The contractor must also apply markings to the glazing, install silicone joints, prepare and submit workshop drawings for approval, and deliver the work documentation. The work takes place on an operating hospital site, so the contractor must maintain normal hospital operations, follow site and hygiene rules, and control noise. The bid deadline is 27 October 2026 at 12:00. Bids must be submitted electronically; price is the sole award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide the required forms and evidence, including proof of insurance and compliance with payment and employee-related requirements.
