Summary

The tender covers the supply and programming of 36 digital locking cylinders as an extension to the existing electronic locking system at the AWO Psychiatry Centre in Halle. To ensure compatibility, the installation must continue using the Simons Voss “3060 aktiv” system already in use at the site. The work will be carried out in Halle and is scheduled to start on 16 November 2026 and finish on 19 February 2027; work must begin no later than 12 working days after award. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 12:00 on 16 October 2026. Alternative bids are not permitted, and the contract is not divided into lots. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate suitability either through entry in the construction companies’ prequalification register or by submitting a completed self-declaration of suitability with the bid; equivalent evidence may be requested for subcontractors. If the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, a performance security of 5% of the contract value including VAT is required. The security for defect claims is 3% of the total interim payments at acceptance.
