Two-court sports hall in Grüna – Lot 11: Drywall works

Summary

The tender covers drywall and plasterboard works for Lot 11 of the two-court sports hall construction in Grüna, Chemnitz. The work includes approximately 90 m² of lining, 270 m² of partition walls, 100 m² of suspended ceilings, 100 m² of perforated gypsum acoustic ceilings, 280 m² of modular suspended ceilings, 350 m of gypsum board edge strips, 125 m² of perforated and 200 m² of non-perforated ball-impact-resistant gypsum acoustic wall lining, one T30-RS aluminium-and-glass internal door unit, and approximately 750 m² of wall and ceiling painting in technical rooms. Work is scheduled to start on 11 January 2027 and must be completed by 17 September 2027. Interim deadlines include installing substructures and carrying out early painting work by 29 January 2027, and closing the walls and linings and completing the acoustic lining by 14 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 09:30 on 21 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion; variant bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate its suitability, including by providing at least two references for comparable work from the last up to five completed calendar years, as well as the required company registration, tax-exemption and liability-insurance evidence.
