Summary

The procurement covers sanitary and heating installation works for the expansion of the medical vocational school site in Dresden. The work includes, among other items, rainwater, wastewater and drinking-water pipework, sanitary fixtures, a small wastewater lifting station, electric instantaneous water heaters, a 35 kW local heating substation, heating pipework, approximately 740 m² of underfloor heating, and temporary electric construction heaters. The works are to be carried out in Dresden between 15 February 2027 and 14 January 2028. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 27 October 2026 at 15:00. Price is the only award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, alternative tenders are not permitted, but multiple main tenders may be submitted. The bidder must provide suitability evidence, including at least three comparable projects completed during the last five calendar years, or demonstrate suitability through the construction companies’ prequalification register.
