Roofing and sheet-metal works for the new early intervention centre, residential accommodation and office building – Lot 04

Summary

The tender concerns roofing, roof sheet-metal work and green-roof installation for a new early intervention centre, residential accommodation and office building in Meißen (Lot 04). The works include roof waterproofing layers and insulation, rainwater drainage, edge flashings and downpipes, rooflights, lightning-protection penetrations and green-roof components. For example, the works include 1,128 m² of roof layers, 630 m² of base and tapered insulation, 320 m² of polyurethane insulation, and 210 m² of vegetation layer with sedum seeding and planting. Preparation of shop drawings is also required. The works are scheduled from 1 April to 31 October 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 29 October 2026 at 09:30.
