Provision of a first responder app for the entire Jena emergency medical service area

Summary

This procurement concerns the provision, deployment and maintenance of a first responder app for the entire Jena emergency medical service area. The solution should be a cloud-based SaaS product capable of integrating with existing systems (I/CAD 9.4 and Rescuetrack). Deployment will cover 15 user workstations and 4 administrative workstations. Data will be processed within the EU and in compliance with data protection and IT security requirements. The contract will run for at least two years with an option to extend. Price and quality are the award criteria; further requirements and documentation are specified in the tender documents.
