Process management for the revision of the guideline for participatory citizen involvement in the Hanseatic and University City Rostock

The tender concerns process management for updating Rostock’s guideline for participatory citizen involvement. The contractor is expected to provide overall process management, coordination, project management, moderation, political communication, and editorial support, as well as guidance for digital participation and the final consolidation of the guideline, process documentation, and final report.
