Summary

This procurement concerns the supply of two configured servers for the Police Presidium for Service and IT (PPSI) to consolidate existing services and data onto a centralized virtualization and storage platform, with a second identical server for backup. Technical requirements include a 2U/2HE rack, two CPU sockets, two Intel Xeon Gold 5520+ processors, at least 128 GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM, M.2 NVMe boot SSD, at least 2 x 3.84 TB Enterprise SSDs, 6 x 12 TB Enterprise HDDs, SAS/SATA HBA, at least 2 x 10-GbE SFP+/SFP28 network adapters, redundant power supplies and a dedicated remote management interface (BMC/IPMI). Support for Proxmox and TrueNAS SCALE and 24/7 operation is required; warranty of at least 36 months. The procurement is conducted as an open VOL/A procedure; price is the only award criterion; delivery terms and other conditions are defined in EVB-IT Kaufvertrag and VOL/B documents.
