Drainage and building connections

Summary

This tender concerns drainage and building connections works for the RWTH Aachen Ersatzneubau AOC building. The contractor shall install drainage systems and shafts, extend drainage lines and conduits, and connect building services (water, electricity, heating, cooling) to existing or new networks. The works are divided into four main phases and include a geotechnical investigation, coordination, safety and compliance requirements, and documentation. The contractor must follow the BLB NRW CAD/CAE data standard and coordinate with the CAD coordination as part of the project.
