Summary

The tender concerns end-to-end technical backstopping, guidance and quality assurance for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and related ESS documents (ESMP, IPA, IPP, GA, GAP and SEP) as part of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) funding proposal for the ClimPACT project in Cameroon. The contractor will guide national consultants, ensure methodological coherence, address gaps, and prepare submission-ready documents aligned with GCF and GIZ policies for potential funding.
