Disposal of wood fiber cement stones

Summary

This tender concerns the demolition of a garage yard in Berlin at Zwieseler Straße (10318) and the disposal of wood fiber cement stones generated in the process. The project involves approximately 550 tons of waste: about 500 tons in AVV 170904 (mixed construction and demolition waste excluding those under 170901*, 170902* and 170903*), and about 50 tons in AVV 170903* (other construction and demolition waste including hazardous substances), with asbestos in charge 2. The disposal must be performed in accordance with applicable waste management regulations and using the electronic eANV system for charge 2. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the disposal facility and covering disposal fees; transport is limited due to site constraints to up to four-axle trucks. The works are planned from November 2026 to February 2027. The supplier must have qualification: Entsorgungsfachbetrieb under KrWG §56 or a KrWG §54 permit (dealer/broker), with proofs provided with the bid; if selected, additional proofs may be requested; translations to German must be provided for non-German documents; and evidence of participation in eANV with an official number and disposal facility certificates must be provided.
