Framework agreement for delegation brochures

Summary

WFBB intends to award a framework agreement for the design, implementation and production of delegation and exhibitor brochures in the current Corporate Design of the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region. The contract covers the development of a core design grid, cover and page layouts, integration of digitally provided texts and logos, and the production of print-ready data as well as digital editions (flipbooks). The service will be carried out via individual orders and coordinated with WFBB project responsible. The agreement includes up to four rounds of corrections, eventual ownership by the client of the work results, and delivery of print-ready files and online formats. The framework agreement runs from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with the option to extend twice for two years each. Prices are defined via the accompanying price sheets (Anlage 05). The project is funded by EFRE and the Brandenburg state.
