Stadthaus Heiligenstadt - Ventilation

Summary

The tender concerns the construction and installation of central ventilation systems for Stadthaus Heiligenstadt. The contract includes the supply and installation of two central ventilation units with heat recovery (Archiv and Verwaltung) and associated components, including weather protection grilles, four fire dampers, approximately 114 air outlets, about 435 m of air ducts, about 845 m of spiral ductwork, approximately 50 m of flexible round ducting (DN 52/63), about 400 m of flexible flat duct (50x100), and 22 m of cooling ceiling panels. Work is to be completed by 31 August 2027.
