Stadthaus Heiligenstadt - Heating and sanitary installations

Summary

This tender concerns the supply and installation of heating and sanitary engineering systems for Stadthaus Heiligenstadt in Heilbad Heiligenstadt. The scope includes the supply and installation of central heating and sanitary system equipment, including a 111 kW water-to-water heat pump, two 1000-litre buffer tanks, approx. 225 m of steel pipe, 810 m of stainless steel pipe, about 650 m2 of underfloor heating, 14 washbasin units, 8 toilet units, 3 urinals, 7 electric through-flow water heaters, 4 undersink storage tanks for hot water, approx. 305 m of stainless steel piping for drinking water, and 230 m of wastewater piping with fittings. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. The works are to be carried out electronically; the project starts on 16 November 2026 and is planned for completion by 31 August 2027.
