Recurring building maintenance and repair works in Zittau and Görlitz

Summary

The tender covers recurring building maintenance, repair and emergency-response work at student dormitories, canteens and cafeterias managed by the Dresden student services organisation in the Zittau and Görlitz area. The work areas include masonry, plastering and stucco work; dry construction; roofing and sheet-metal work; tiling; carpentry and metalwork; glazing; painting; flooring; building heating, water, gas and drainage systems; electrical installations up to 36 kV; lightning protection; and wastewater channels. Design services are not required. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three contractors for each work area. Applicants may apply for one, several or all areas, but there is no guarantee that any work orders will be issued. The contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with an option to extend by one year. Price is the only award criterion. Participation applications and tenders must be submitted electronically, and tenders must be prepared in German. Applicants must demonstrate the required professional expertise and sufficient personnel and organisational capacity, and submit a certificate from the relevant employers’ liability insurance association and a tax-office certificate of exemption from construction withholding tax.
