External Evaluation of the Berlin Youth Career Agency (JBA Berlin)

Summary

External evaluation of the Berlin Youth Career Agency (JBA Berlin) is commissioned to support the ongoing development and coordination of JBA Berlin and its services. The contract covers a metaanalysis of previous evaluations and recommendations to improve impact measurement, engagement of the target group, identification and dissemination of good-practice examples from advisory and support processes, a regular staff survey (2028), analysis of feedback data and impact measurement and monitoring (2027–2028, with extension to 2029), and the conduct of two additional workshops for the extension period in 2029. It also includes reporting and coordination activities. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend for up to one more year to 31 December 2029. The overall budget is up to 146,000 euros gross for 2027–2028, and 73,000 euros gross for 2029.
