Renewal of the Lenne crossing water main on Grafschafter Street in Schmallenberg

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal/replacement of two water mains at the Lenne crossing on Grafschafter Street in Schmallenberg. The works will be carried out using HDD drilling to cross the Len­ne and will be connected to the existing network via an open trench. Main works include approximately 130 m HDD bore for DA 225 water pipes, about 120 m of DA 225 water main installed in open construction, and around 150 m3 of trench excavation. The contract is governed by VOB/B terms; offers are to be submitted electronically via the Vergabemarktplatz NRW/Westfalen platform. Security for performance (5% of the contract sum including VAT) and security for defects (3% of the interim payments at acceptance) apply. Side offers are allowed. Execution period is planned from around 19.10.2026 to 18.12.2026.
