Hazardous substance remediation and demolition works

Summary

The tender concerns partial remediation of hazardous substances and demolition works at St. Antonius Grundschule Bevergern (Auf der Burg 4, 48477 Bevergern). The scope includes remediation and partial demolition of the 60s wing (basement, ground floor and attic: KG, EG and DG). Work comprises removal and disposal of hazardous substances (asbestos, PCB, PAH and KMF-containing materials), separation and disposal of contaminated waste, and the establishment of containment and safety measures. The school remains in operation during the works. The project duration is from 15 February 2027 to 31 May 2027.
