Restoration and modernization of the smoked and heated air exhaust system

Summary

The tender concerns the restoration and modernization of the Sporthalle Brandberge smoke and heat exhaust system (RWA). It includes replacement of key RWA components, the EMB 8000+ central unit and accessories, adaptations of the existing infrastructure, testing and commissioning, documentation, and, if required, training. The work must be performed in accordance with applicable technical and safety standards and in coordination with hall operations. Bidder eligibility requirements include: Los 1 requires at least 3 references for comparable RWA renewals in the last 3 years; craftsman registration (electrical engineering/metalworking); business registration or trade register extract not older than 12 months; evidence of expertise for Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen for Aumüller (manufacturer training certificate); a valid EMB 8000+ software license (screenshot from the software). Los 2 requires FISAT certification (minimum Level 1; depending on difficulty Level 2/3) or equivalent IRATA with a valid logbook; and evidence of experience in mounting support for building envelopes/halls, ideally related to fire protection or RWA projects, with at least one reference.
