Summary

The tender concerns the window renewal (Fenstererneuerung) of Haus Am Plan 3 in Rosdorf, a historic building protected as a cultural monument. The objective is to restore and renew the existing windows in accordance with Denkmalpflege requirements, using historic timber windows with segment arches and Wiener muntins, and to install double-glazed units. The contract is a unit-price contract (Einheitspreisvertrag) performed under VOB/B and VOB/C with additional conditions. In the first construction phase, 37 windows were renewed in 2024; the remaining 28 windows are to be renewed with the same quality.
