Renovation and refurbishment of the Stäbelow Fire Station

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion and renovation of the Stäbelow Fire Station (Lot 16), including the renewal of the vehicle hall floor. The works include preparing the existing concrete surface by shot blasting, applying primer and leveling/gradient screed (approx. 6 cm), installing a heat-resistant edge strip and a two-layer Gussasphalt system (subfloor and wear layer, approx. 3 cm each), sealing at joints and penetrations, and providing surface protection (R12) against oil and fuel, plus the installation of heavy-duty thresholds and drainage elements.
