Summary

Leipzig complex renovation project at Oswaldstr. 13-17, Witzgallstr. 15-17 and Riebeckstr. 34-36. The works cover painter, facade and concrete works, including concrete repair and crack sealing and the application of a hydrophobic coating to exterior wall surfaces (approximately 1000 m²). Plumbing works (rainwater gutters and sheets for balconies, exterior window sills and entrance canopies) are also planned, as well as concrete restoration and coating of entrance stairs and landings (seven entrances) and balconies/loggias (approximately 40 + 12 + 18 units). Facade work on the ground-floor facade at Riebeckstr. 36 is included. The procurement is for the total scope (no lots). Bids are submitted electronically for the complete service. Key dates are: bids by 19 October 2026 at 08:00; bid validity until 04 December 2026; start of works 15 March 2027; end of works 24 September 2027.
