Music School Wurzen - conversion and renovation of the water tower

This procurement concerns the reconstruction and renovation of the water tower for Musikschule Wurzen in Wurzen. The works include updating structural elements and installing stairs, load-bearing components and platforms. The project scope comprises various elements: about 625 m² of visible walls, 60 m² segment-arch walls, 45 m horizontal wall rails, 10 flights of stairs, 47 m of supporting elements, 200 m² of platform ceilings, 25 m ring beams, and about 19,000 kg of reinforcing steel and 1,750 kg of reinforcing mesh. Construction work is planned from 02 November 2026 to 26 March 2027.
